Dear colleagues,

Our state and our nation are currently facing a great deal of uncertainty and many people are already experiencing the physical, emotional, and financial effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. It may be the case that by the time for which our conference is scheduled, the current restrictions in place to maintain the safety of our communities could be relaxed. However, it is likely that even if we are that fortunate, those of us who would ordinarily attend the NYS ATSA/Alliance conference will be needed to take care of our families, agencies, clients, and communities. We have already been notified by some speakers and regular attendees that they are restricting their planned travel and will be unable to attend. In the interest of avoiding any unnecessary risks to your health and safety and for the reasons mentioned above, we are canceling the 2020 conference.

We will definitely miss seeing all of you and hope that you weather the coming events safely. We look forward to a time when we will be able to gather together to learn, share, and enjoy the camaraderie and support of the NYS ATSA/Alliance family. We are working on dates for 2021 and will share them with you as soon as we can.
